The Fastest Pizza Makers in Town!

Dominos Pizza St Helens Pepperoni Coupon Grand Final

The staff at St Helen's Domino's recently took part in a National Pizza Making Challenge to show their proficiency in the ancient art of pizza making.

All the tests were conducted under the strict supervision of Matt Kennedy from Domino's Pizza Head Office who was armed with all the latest monitoring technology - a stopwatch and a digital camera.

We are pleased to report that ALL of the participants met the target of making a large Pepperoni Pizza in less than a minute with the Badge of Honour going to Assistant Manager John Greenham who slapped one out in 43.03 seconds. What an achievement!

Domino's St Helens Supports Willowbrook Hospice

Willowbrook Hospice Charity Julie Garner Donation Dominos Pizza

Store owner, Simon Pickles was recently joined by Julie Garner, the head of fundraising from the local Willowbrook Hospice. Julie attended the opening of the St Helens store to accept a generous donation to the hospice from the brand new Domino’s store.

Simon comments: “St Helens is a great town and I’ve got a fantastic team working with me. We’re very excited to be opening our doors for business to the local community and it’s our mission to deliver hot, fresh pizzas to our customers on time every time.”

But before people order they’ve got to decide what they want. Every Domino’s pizza is made to order using the freshest ingredients and, with four bases, three sauces, two cheeses, including the lower fat Delight mozzarella, and twenty tasty toppings, there are now 88 million different pizza combinations to choose from so people are literally spoilt for choice.

Simon intends to deliver more than just great tasting pizza to the local community. The store has created 30 new jobs ranging from professional pizza makers to delivery drivers and telephone order takers. Simon and his team also want the store to become a real asset to the community and are planning to get involved in dough-raising for local charities, store tours for youth groups and local events. The donation to Willowbrook Hospice marks the start of this initiative.

From now on, you will be able to order pizza over the phone on 01744 733 566, via the internet at www.dominos.co.uk or even via text and have it delivered piping hot from store to door in under 30 minutes.

Domino's Pizza is Supporting Saints All the Way to The Grand Final Against Leeds

So it's going to be a rematch of the classic Knowsley Road encounter of September 28th when St Helens meet Leeds in the Grand Final at Old Trafford on October 13th 2007.

The players have been training hard and will be pleased to finally know who their opponents are going to be.

But if you can't make it to the match itself, what better way to party the night away than to order in a Domino's Pizza for delivery, while watching all the action on Sky Sports.

We will be running our advert on the front page of that week's St Helens Star featuring our best selling Scrummy Pizza.

You can buy any Large Pizza with a Garlic Pizza Bread for just £13.99 delivered. If you order it with a Scrummy or Meateor this is the same as getting the Garlic Pizza Bread absolutely FREE.

And remember to send an email to sthelensdominos@hotmail.co.uk with the word "Offers" in the Subject line to receive an E-coupon code which gives 30% off when you order online.

Pictured above is Coach Daniel Anderson with Owner Simon Pickles on Friday 5th October when Daniel came in to pick up 26 Large Pizzas for the players' lunch. They were having a team bonding day in the town and what better way to build up your energy levels than with the New Domino's Scrummy Pizza - enough for even a Prop-Forward to handle.
And remember, if you come in to pick up the order - as Daniel did - it's Buy One Get One Free on all Large Pizzas.

Saints Fans

Well it all started out so promising for the army of Saints Fans who descended on Old Trafford tonight. But an early missed penalty set the tone for the evening, and although James Roby's superb try almost restored the teams to parity at half-time, Rhinos proved stronger as the match progressed and rewarded their fans with a second Grand Final Victory.
Still it's been a great season for Saints and we all look forward to welcoming the team back to Knowsley Road on Sunday.

PS One of our drivers, Martin, is in this picture, just behind the posts. he is waving at the camera. Can you see him?
